The DSP4100/2K is an HF data
modem that provides CLOVER-2000, a 3000 bps, voice
bandwidth, adaptive waveform specifically designed for HF radio
data communications. CLOVER-2000 measures real-time HF signal
conditions and sets the most efficient modulation for these
conditions. 8-bit data is sent without extra manipulation or
modification. CLOVER ARQ mode is simultaneously bi-directional (duplex)
and does not require an "OVER" command. FSK waveforms CCIR-476/625
"TOR", P-MODE*, Baudot and ASCII are included. Housed in an RF-tight
shielded enclosure, the DSP modem operates on 10 to 18 volts DC.
Internal modem software can be uploaded to the DSP4100/2K into
non-volatile "flash memory", greatly simplifying the addition of
upgrades. The DSP4100/2K is particularly well suited for use with
lap-top terminals (PC's) in portable and/or field environments
as well as fixed installations.
The DSP4100/2K comes with multi-screen, menu-driven
software for Windows™ (95/98/NT 4.0) called DSPWin. Click

Email links using the DSP-4100/2K modem and HF radio are possible via HAL CLOVER Mail
software. Remote stations, Email Gateway, and Email plus FAX Gateway versions of CLOVER
Mail are available, with and without full radio control. Many popular HF radio models are now
supported by CLOVER Mail Pro versions of the software. Full Details of all versions of the Email
